Don Koch has over 44 years of experience in the industry designing mechanical (HVAC), plumbing and medical gas systems for projects primarily in Nevada, Arizona, California and Utah. Local, State and Federal clients over the years have included the Clark County School District, the State of Nevada Public Works Board, the Nevada National Guard, Bureau of Land Management, Corps of Engineers, Department of Energy, General Services Administration, and the United States Postal Service. Engineering projects have included hotel-casinos; hospitals and health care facilities; school and university facilities; auditoriums and houses of worship; governmental and military facilities; office buildings; residential; retail; and restaurants.

Jeff Bollinger has 6 years of mechanical and plumbing engineering/design experience and is currently a registered engineer in California and Nevada.  His experience includes hospitality, retail, central plant, cooling tower replacements, heat exchangers, educational, office, restaurants, and assisted living projects.

Dyan Martinez has been working in the mechanical and plumbing systems engineering/design for 32 years and has worked directly for Mr. Koch for over 21 years. Mrs. Martinez mechanical and plumbing engineering/design experience includes high rise multi-family, hotels, gaming facilities, restaurants, theaters, conference centers, schools, health care, office buildings, local/state/federal government buildings, retail and industrial buildings. Mrs. Martinez currently manages the mechanical/plumbing design staff of 5 for all DGKA projects.

Christopher Sampson has been working in the construction engineering industry for over 14 years and currently serves as the Chief Electrical Engineer. He has worked across the United States on many different types of projects ranging in size from small tenant improvements to high-rise hotels to campus wide renovations at secondary schools. Engineering projects have included Apartment Complexes, Custom Homes, Tract Homes, Clubhouses, Hotels, Fire Stations, Behavioral Hospitals, Assisted Living Facilities, Restaurants, Warehouses, Retail Spaces, and Office Buildings. Mr. Sampson is noted for his attention to detail and his extensive knowledge of building codes.
